According to this article the strength of hydrogen bonding causes increase or decrease of frequency based on the vibration of the molecule. My question is, as the hydrogen bonding weakens, the covalent O-H bonds causing them to vibrate at higher frequencies will impact the human biology? Does this allow us to resonate with higher frequencies? does this mean we will also be shifting into experencing life in a different, visable/not visable color spectrum?

Could use some ionization on this subject
