Oh yes, it (Fringe) is all about BOB, in the episode where Walter goes to fetch Peter in the 80's the spitting imagery is amazing.

Does anyone else "see" how much our beloved B-O-B looks like Walter on Fringe????? I know he has mentioned it, but WOW, it is uncanny! (what does that weird expression come anyway?)

I left out a word in the comment/question...I was wondering if anyone knew where the expression "uncanny" came from?

canny:
1630s, Scottish and northern England formation from can (v.) in its sense of "know how to;" lit. "knowing," hence, "careful." Often used superciliously of Scots by their southern neighbors, implying "thrift and an eye to the main chance."
uncanny: seemingly supernatural, mysterious.
