Dear iON and Ascending Friends, iON, could you please list some of the symptoms and signs of ascension please? I know there is no such thing as "One Size Fits All", but in general, how can ascension affect human creators both physically and emotionally? For example, lately I have been experiencing a lot of tingling on the top of my head and back of my neck which is actually quite lovely. Is this one of the signs of my progression? Yes, and it does vary from folks to folks. Clearness of mind, solutions start showing up the same time as the problem, finding things that were not considered to be Lost yet, that kind of stuff Great question iON |

May I also ask if sound is a sign? I can't describe it obviously... being a sound.... but do you know what I mean iON? |

Yes, and for some a highened sence of smell, others colors or texture. Seems to be the things that the humans are drawn to naturally! Sound is a really great way because it alerts your sensory perception regions faster than others most of the time. Sounds Great iON |
