I have a welcomed time off from work and have more moments available to me to relax and allow. In doing so I have embraced the idea of elevating my vibrations. This idea came to me and I wanted to give you all a chance to try it on and tell me what you think. 1) Kick back, relax and allow 2) Imagine the range from low to high of energy that you can feel 3) Begin to FEEL those levels of vibrations, the levels that are within your awareness. 4) Kick it up one notch higher then you have been aware of, elevating your vibration. 5) In your mind imagine the next level above your awareness, feel it, taste it, see it, hear it, be it, imagine it, think it, bringing all of your senses into play. Make it bubble and experience its deliciousness! 6) Once you achieve feeling yourself at that next level follow steps 1-6. Rinse and repeat. 7) You will experience vibrations/energy previously unknown to your meat sack!
The idea is we have a range that we are aware of, like we have a range of light and color that we can see, or a range of hearing that we can be consciously aware of. Dogs and other animals can hear things out of our conscious range. Since this meat sack body has believed "limitations" the average person only allows a fraction of whats going on all around us into our experience. So, I believe with training we can choose to experience more then what we are programed to be or what we believe is possible...
This is like running the 4 min mile except with energy and vibration...
