I have mentioned a few times that I require less sleep as I engage with iON.

On Friday night I started watching the first season of "24" on NETFLIX's channel on my computer. I've only seen the last season.

There are 24 42-minute shows in the first season (Fall, 2001-2002).

At around 4am, Sat., I realized I wasn't very tired after imbibing about 6 episodes. So I decided to forego sleep and continue watching. There were no commercials and each episode bled efficiently into the next. The pleasure of not having to wait a week to see how the cliffhanger was resolved was especially fun.

So I soldiered/surfed on and finished the whole series around 4:30am, Sun. I did take a break for 2 readings/interactions with iON, and fucking with Carolyn. Otherwise, it was all just sitting quietly and letting the TV (the content)/Chip (the internet access) Bodies massage my capacity to relax and allow.

Bob Dylan once said he liked the 7-hour movies from Bollywood and wished Hollywood would provide the same. This experience with "24" provided the blissful answer to that proposal. A show like "24" can provide that realm of constant stimulation I imagine I would require if I didn't sleep.

I'm really looking forward to the next 6 seasons so I can do these "all-nighters" with iON. I'll make a week or two interval between each season... or NOT!!!

Meanwhile, right now I'm heading over to see the final episode of FLASHFORWARD. iON will discuss this on CASH FLOW next Wed.... if Carolyn approves.

Yes, and laughter is music from the ALL. Makes the space between my blood cells sparkle.
When you are emoting gratitude from within your force field, your red blood cells will release any lectins, absorb minerals and become electrostatically charged. This allows blood cells to be filled with oxygen. Oxygen rich blood keeps blood cells from stacking up on top of one another and allows the blood cells to FLOW. What also happens in the space between the blood cells,is tiny sparks of light particles show up. You need a darkfield microscope to to see this.
