Dupes of Non-Physical

Ok, each and every one of us in this forum has signed the Session Agreement. Most of you have had other readings with whomever -psychics, entities, dead people, you name it, and most of you have never ever been required to sign such an agreement. The passage below is quite interesting and it'd be great to hear the thoughts of others on it.

Wouldn't disallowing us to record a session be the same as Ed walking into the bank and not being able to record what transpired or the same as Duffy & Ashley standing up to the bank debt collector who called them, which everyone on Cash Flow had applauded?
