I would like to hear techniques from others on staying "out of the mind". The mind has been so well programmed/brainwashed that it can play tricks on you at times.

Who we really are cannot be brainwashed or programmed.

Even those who have been through the most torturous and extreme
programming (cult / satanic torture, MK ULTRA, etc.), including children,
have spontaneously broken free of it.

The mind-control / programming occurs on a superficial level - to our
brain / the computer. We are greater than that.

It's a very limited form of control, and only effective in the most
extreme cases. It also requires constant reinforcement and, at some
point, the willingness of the so-called victim in order to continue.

Anything less than this, the influence of social mores, religious doctrines,
or advertising, etc., is simply a form of influence and only requires our
awareness of these things to mitigate their effectiveness.

The only advice I could give would simply to be self-aware; be aware
of what you're perceiving and (e.g., through meditation) be aware of
your thoughts about what you're perceiving.

It's important to experience and know that you are not your thoughts;
you are separate from them.

There is no need to be concerned about brainwashing or programming.
The notion of brainwashing has been bandied about a lot, but isn't
of any concern.

I was walking and happened to find a letter from someone in NSA who wrote how he was a victim of "Remote neural Monitoring" for the last 10 yrs. I know this has been going since MK Ultra days and must be somewhat effective. How would one protect themself from this technology? I do understand the non-physical cant be effected but just prompting thoughts:)

I've heard iON say something that I think relates to this idea of "mind control" over others - "Ah, ah, ah.... (I'm about to sneeze)... BULLSHIT!"

I hope that didn't seem like I'm saying it's not a valid question. I've asked iON very similar questions. I don't think the idea of 'remote neural
Monitoring' is any different than that of a "energy healer" like Mahendra Trivedi. Apparently, over 4,000 studies have been done PROVING his
ability to affect matter with his mind. They got all the pictures and "data" to fill volumes of books. So fuck it, if he's that good... I went and
bought myself a $250.00 Master Blessing. It's his highest version of this mind energy he packs in his pants. Apparently he's got the biggest
energy healing Johnson on the planet (according to his beloved followers who affectionately call him Guruji).

Well I did some investigating and listened in on a group call where he showed his not-so-perfect side. He called his audio/video people
'hopeless idiots' as they made mistakes during the call. And yet he has the biggest "mind" on the planet. So back to the energy
transmission. I said, let's do it. Skip the little leagues, give me the big league transmission. I've got the money to blow. Guess what
happened?

Nothing.

That's right.

Not a damn thing.

So what if there are a few people who claim his mind is powerful enough to change their lives forever. It didn't do anything
for me. And that's the point. If you want to be a victim of "remote neural monitoring" you can choose to be. Or you can
come into your power and say, "fuck yeah! Have all your staff remote control me all day long. Bring it on!" And nothing
will happen.

I will also say that back in the 1980s, Bob was aware of
and talking on the radio about remote murder; that technology
was being used to kill people from a distance (e.g., maybe
effecting a heart attack, or similarly "natural" death).

The bottom line is, how much of what's out in the "Outer Kingdom"
(the outside world / planet) do you "want" to invite into your
personal experience (your "Middle Kingdom")? It's all up to you.

As iON says, there is nothing we experience that we haven't allowed
or invited - without fail or exception.

Perhaps Bob will comment on this as well, but I'm with loverwholoves.

There's nothing to be concerned about. The bottom line has
always been, follow your bliss. If you're not happy, get happy.

If there was something to be concerned about (i.e., your life
was a mess - "contrasty" - for some reason), then figure out
at that time what the fastest path to your joy would be and
get there.

The whole idea here is to leave the worry and negativity
behind, to enjoy this moment and to know that we are in
a process that cannot be stopped - by anyone.

There is absolutely no place for the mischievousness you're
referring to. If someone has some technological toys, so be it.
You don't have to get wrapped up in someone else's game
unless you choose / want to.

Otherwise, the advice is, stick to your own path. Be concerned
about your happiness, and get ready for some amazing (positive)
shit coming down the pike, period.
