iON... If believing and expectation is the means of creation... why has a Santa Claus living in the North Pole NOT been manifested with so many young children clearly "believing" in one — until their bubble is burst later on?

May have to do with the North Pole ( and south pole) not being a fixed place on the planet. True north ie. the north pole is always on the move.

Also Santa Claus was/is a story to continue the separation of our Goddess/God knowing.....asking and waiting for gifts to be delivery, but only if we are good little boys and girls...same as the christian religion and the 'we are all sinners and will only get to heaven IF we follow the rules, which requires we give up owning our power, relinquishing it to others, believing that we can't handle our Goddess status.
The Biggest Lie ever perpetrated on man and we bought into it.
It is all becoming and unfolding and the leveling of the playing field will be the greatest playground for fun fun fun.

another point to consider:
the adults are the ones perpetration the lie. They know it,not true,therefore it doesn't exist. The children go along with it, because it is great fun and much joyful.....
recall all your fond memories of christmas time....
baking cookies, decorating a tree, standing in line to give santa with your list, ( having spent hours going thru the Sears catolog) sending/receiving pretty cards, parties, holiday dinner....etc
Children tend not to question their reality. Very relax and allow experience.

Who said believing and expectation is a means of creation? Belief is a thought that you have been thinking for a continued spance of timing, expectation is what to expect when you are expecting. Pier Noel is introduced into the mix as a replacement for your OWN power, yes many get the goodies from Santa, but that is the end to the means, by default. Most Creators, especially little ones, get what they want regardless of old Saint Nic or not, and to add insult to injury, Santa is the Great Giver IF judgement is settled over the naughty and nice CRAP. It is no wonder that the little ones would have no part of it. The by default crowd cramming Santa down your throat hole is the same one saying that Santa LOVES only the good little children, so my my this is not the fastest path to any point of JOY that WE dicern, well we are Glad that the Bubble bubble toil (be nice) and trouble ( naughty or coal, and switches are your manifestation) has gone BUST. Great

Well, that settled that question that has been brewing in my physical mind for awhile... if there are whiles.

I struggled with how to present the entire scenario to my daughter when she was young. And, sad to say I went along with the story which was not the fastest path to my joy! jingle bells. joy to the world. Thank you one and all!

Ain't nothing wrong with Santa, just make it about the Joy not rules about the Joy, all is well and getting weller.
