Legend:

There is no "dilemma" but rather a remedy....I am researching and finding the paperwork procedure.

Try the Commercial_Redemption group at yahoo. I get and read their emails everyday, lots of people doing the "remedy" . You'll find tons of resources also.
People post their successful A4V's and failures but mostly this is one determined group of very very informed people.
Watch a Tim Turner video if you have a chance. He's funny.

Does this mean niether of you file annual 1040's ? have any withholding ? and dispute traffic violations with sovereign status ? I commend you if so, James Martinez has said this group has been investigated by the justice department (and recommends not to mess with it due to the tepid ground one may find themselves on- just at the 16 ammendment was never ratified - many have served time disputing this fact )- it's quite a weave of deception the corporate entity known as the District of Columbia (United States of America inc.) has spun-it's wonderful people are now embracing this information - its been available for quite awhile through books and small groups - internet has helped to spread the word- now only if everyone could also recognize the hoax of Terrorism has played on our travel, security, and society. Patriot Act was just renewed by Barry Soetoro- God bless the retard.

Too-shay Legend. It is a very slippery slope should one choose to take the slide. There have been only e few people who have recently won their case with the IRS about 2 years ago. I recall a gentleman in Ohio, maybe?

Lol!!
I just read the emails! Very interesting stuff lately they have been talking about the meaning of "On and for the record". Just the BS these people uncover and
share is amazing. Doesn't mean you have to join them or disregaurd their info cuz "someone" said to. Geezzzzzzzzz. Do a little exploring find out for yourself.
And yes if you don't know this shit foward and backwards, good luck. And your right I don't file 1040's or do any business I don't have to with
the government. Drivers license I have. Ahhhh. Told the non physical "okay I need a job for my own sense of security but no with holdings!"
A lady showed up, friend of my Nana, and said her daughter needed help. Got a job that pays me cash every friday.
One thing this info does for me is uncover their rules and makes me feel less intimidated.

oh I've explored - I am all in favor of anyones and everyones effort to disengage with the fraudulent front of the IRS, Maritime Commercial Code, and the Gestapo - stay out of the traps as much as possible - its a mess of mis-information coupled with intimidation - I have a quick story for you - when my youngest was born (Sean), he's thirteen now- we (my wife and I) were at the hospital and the nurse was trying to get my consent to issue a Social Security number at the same time of the issuance of his Birth Certificate -after reviewing the Birth Certificate and recognizing the maritime commercial code frame work within the document in capital letters I was cringing at the thought of its implications - then was being pestered by staff to complete and sign the form and simultaneously accept a Social Security card for him- but continued to ignore them without provocation - then politely explained to my wife (on the side) there was no need to acquire a Social Security number for a new born nor enter into such a contrived legal entaglement- then later without my consent, authorization, or knowledge they signed the paperwork and issued him a social security number anyway - I was appalled, agitated, and withdrawn- so its an uphill battle to have even loved ones see the deception of Maritime Commercial Code-
