Bob's already "brought it". As with everything else, the who, what
when, where, how and why are immaterial. Ultimately, however, it
was Bob (and our ever-loving non-physical).

Answering with updated vocabulary, I see Bob as bringing cold
fusion into "isness", while it is your choice as to whether or not
to bring it into your "areness".

Bob may play this hand like iON - the information won't be available
until after it's already known...go figure (and ground!)...
