Hello Newbie,
Your doing great just by posting. I didn't know what I was doing "for long time". Just yesterday or the day before I figured how to include another person's post.

To do it you hit the quote button on their post, and then you write your response to it beneath it.
Don't be afraid of making mistakes, as Bob is very lenient towards "Newbies".

The edit button on the bottom of the page is a great tool for cleaning up your post. Since I discovered it, all my posts have been edited numerous times, including this one.
