Hi, Barb, the genitic code harbors within the double helix of the currently mis-understood code a holder of energy, that's the bond that keeps the RNA from dissolving the DNA strand. The fabric of the cellular strata that is YOU. The fingernail can eaisly harness and release this "in ergy" with a force not YET realized by humans, but the good news is Carlolyn is all over this topic, just like white on rice.
